Paul lopez was our realtor, and I thank god we found him. The entire experience with Paul was amazing from the moment that we walked through the door and we were greeted by him. It was awesome after that. Everything fell into place so easily. He equipped me with the tools that I needed to succeed in the process and let me tell you it was probably the best thing any realtor can do to help their client because what he did for us helped us get our own very first home for my little family of four and man I am truly thankful! Everything down to his integrity, his professionalism, his work ethic the way he kept in communication with us. It was truly a remarkable experience, and I hope that everyone can find their way to his desk. 10/10 would by again! Thanks Paul, and the Titan team!

Amazing service, amazing people. They helped us find our dream home and location for it!! Warren is incredible and so is the GM Peter!!! They are fabulous and highly recommend visiting them if looking for a manufactured home!

My daughter recently purchased her first home. Warren was fantastic! He helped us maximize her money and helped her choose a home right for her. He answered all our questions and guided us thru the process. Everyone that assisted us at this location was very professional and knowledgeable.

We recently purchased a mobile home from Titan with Warren, our sales agent. He showed us several models and was very knowledgeable about their differences. Once we selected a home Warren helped us with financing and site prep. He made the entire experience positive and pleasant. He didn’t rush or pressure us into making a quick decision. He knew our budget and took that into consideration. The entire staff was professional and friendly. They didn’t waste our time! Warren explained the financing options and offered solid advice before our decision. We strongly recommend you shop at this specific Titan location. We visited another Titan location but the sales agent didn’t take into consideration our budget nor was he knowledgeable about the base options of the various models.
