Highly highly recommend this company!! My father and I attended one of their estate sales today and not only did we get some great deals, we were so impressed by all the staff. They were so kind, helpful , and accommodating. They even helped us package up and load many of the heavier items. Just incredible service! We will be sure to continue shopping at their events! Thank you!

It’s hard for me to attend many estate sales, but both times I have ever attended one hosted by San Antonio Estate Sales, it was an amazing experience. Sandra and her staff were absolutely incredible. One of her staff members sat with me and helped me organize each of the items in a bulk purchase. They also helped me load the items because I had my toddler with me. It seems as if estate sales these days are harder to come by where the staff is friendly and prices are great or fair. Sandra and her team are one of the good ones still out there. Anytime I can make her sales, I will always do so! This review was long overdue. Thank you again Sandra.

Our experience at the Hollywood Park estate sale on 3/8, run by this company, was extremely disappointing due to the conduct of the woman working the cash register. From the moment we checked out, she was rude and dismissive not only to us but to several other customers as well. Rather than helping facilitate sales for the homeowner, she appeared completely uninterested in actually moving items. At the register, she changed prices and quoted amounts that reflected the highest possible eBay listings rather than the prices marked or the reality of estate sale pricing. The prices she was qouting were not for the exact item or even accurate size. We understand the need to make max profit for the clients going through transitions but changing prices at the register and over pricing is not effective and leaves the client with the burden of unsold items. This also created confusion and frustration for multiple buyers and made the checkout process unnecessarily unpleasant. It’s unfortunate because the homeowner himself was a genuinely kind and sweet individual, and Claudia—who helped us on the floor—was equally kind, professional, and helpful throughout the sale. They both represented the type of experience one hopes for at an estate sale. Sadly, the behavior of this woman at the register overshadowed what could have been a very positive experience. The rudeness and arbitrary price changes made the process feel unfair and left a very negative impression overall. To summarize, this sale had beautiful quality items which we happily pay for however, we shop high end estate sales regularly and these items were overpriced and then changed and marked up again at the register. This is unethical and not professional business practice.
