We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! From helping us buy our new home to getting ready to sell our other one, Taran has been amazing every step of the way. He’s an expert negotiator and always made sure we felt heard and supported, especially when working with the builder and lender. He went above and beyond to advocate for us and make sure everything stayed on track. On top of that, he made the whole experience enjoyable with his humor and positive attitude. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and you can tell that he truly cares about his clients. If you’re looking for someone who will go to bat for you and make the process a great experience, I highly recommend Taran!

About six years ago, I met Dan Gooding w/ Re/Max when I was simply looking for a rental. At the time, buying a home felt far off and honestly a little out of reach. Still, Dan showed up with so much professionalism, patience, and kindness that it left a lasting impression on me. He treated me with the same care and respect as if I were making the biggest purchase of my life. I remember telling him back then, almost casually, that if I ever bought a home one day, I would keep him in mind. It was a small comment in the moment, but it stayed with me over the years. So when I was finally ready to take the leap into homeownership, there was never a question about who I would call. It was always going to be Dan. This journey was emotional at times, and I leaned on him more than I can probably put into words. He never once made me feel like a burden. He answered every question, talked me through every concern, and was a steady, reassuring presence through it all. I chose this agency in order to work with Scott Griffis, who did great work when my son was looking for a house. Scott’s easygoing nature created much more confidence than I had experienced with several other agents in the past: he listened well to my goals for place and price; he didn’t attempt to convince me to stretch my budgetary boundaries for better features; and his observations of properties when we looked at them were sensible, giving me confidence about potentially worthwhile as well as possibly problematic places. All offered modestly and non-judgmentally. He has always been prompt in responding to texts and to help as he can. Scott Griffis is the go-to guy for people who want to be heard, and to find the right home. He is a credit to the Scott Parsons team.
