Working with Andrey was a great experience, as first time buyers we had doubts of the entire process but he was very informative and made everything easy for us. He focuses more on the person and building a genuine relationship with clients. He also looks out for what is best for you and we never felt he was trying to sell us something. I definitely recommend working with Andrey, there are many realtors who can do the job but he brings additional value on top of that.

We used Andrey to buy a home in the past and also to sell our home. Andrey was wonderful at meeting all our needs as we bought our home and sold our home. He kept us informed each step of the way. He had great communication and he is very personable and was always available to talk when we needed him. He made the process smooth and stress free. Andrey is an exceptional realtor! He put in a lot of effort, work, and hours to finding our home. He was always encouraging and positive thought out the whole process. I have known Andrey when we were both working in the Emergency Department years ago. The trust had been established here. He was also my brother's agent who had good experience with him too. Andrey kept in touch all these years whether I was ready to buy a home or not. As soon as I felt ready, I reached out to him on a Friday. Andrey made arrangements right away for me to check out my house of interest the next day. I asked him to make an offer on Monday and gave my full trust on his suggestions on how we can win this bidding war. All I told him was, "Do it!" Andrey called me at 5pm this same Monday and said that we won! This was my one and only offer that I did on buying a house. With lots of prayers and Andrey's expertise in making strong contracts/offers made this buying experience quick and easy. Andrey also has very strong communication skills and I did not feel alone during the process of closing even if Andrey had done all these virtually. Now that I have my own home, what else could I ask for? I will definitely reach out to Andrey again for my future home purchases. If you want to win the bidding war, Andrey is your guy. Call him!

We had a wonderful home buying experience with Andrey! This was our first home purchase and we were reasonably nervous that we would overlook something or miss something significant. But Andrey was very attentive to our needs and took his time to make sure our questions were answered, and that we understood each step of the purchasing process. He was very responsive throughout and presented us with sound advice and several options as to how we could approach our offer, so that it would stand out to the seller. Even after closing, Andrey was able to point us towards several reputable service people in the area who were able to get minor repairs done before we moved in. Andrey had our best interest in mind, was responsive and informative, warm and caring. We won’t hesitate to contact him for our future real estate needs.
