The market has been slow for us realtors lately. Carlos and his team at No Worries were so great to work with. My client was trying to sell his house that wouldn’t pass inspection. It was sitting in the market for months! Carlos came up with an offer that was more than fair and bought my clients house with no problems. The whole process was so quick and easy. They closed in a week! It got me My biggest commission check to date . I will be bringing all of my clients to the Carlos and the No Worries team from now on!

Had a great experience working with Carlos he was very patient and understanding, And made this difficult and irritating process an easy one. I had orders that my unit was going on deployment in two weeks, and Carlos kept the situation calm and gave us a fair offer and got us to the title company immediately. While we were in escrow my orders were pushed back six weeks. Carlos had no problem letting us stay in the house for 4 more weeks after we closed I highly recommend working with Carlos and the team at No and Worries Home Sale over and over again!

Carlos and his team truly understand the stress and complexity of the home buying process, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. By the time I signed the contract for him to purchase my home I literally had a check in my hand two weeks later! During the whole process of purchasing my home They helped me find my dream home and helped me move in to my new home in no time at all! The whole process went so quick and easy. I still can’t believe it’s over and done with already.

No Worries was great to work with in helping sell the home involved in a family estate. Carlos was way beyond patient when dealing with the family members and all of the barriers/hurdles that had to be overcome. Carlos was awesome with helping me sell my home in a quick and orderly fashion and still save some money in the process. Being a veteran himself He was easy to work with and very sympathetic, even with this seemingly difficult deployment situation. He kept me informed along the way but was not "overbearing"!
