We just moved here from Hawaii, and our real estate agent, Hailey, made the entire transition so much easier for us. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond — not just as an agent, but as someone who truly cared about our family. She made us feel welcomed, supported, and never once alone in the process. Whenever we had questions (and we had a lot since we were moving from so far away), she answered immediately and always made sure we understood what was happening. She looked out for us every step of the way and did so many little things that showed how much she genuinely wanted us to feel comfortable in our new home and new community. We are so grateful for her. Moving across the ocean can be stressful, but she made it feel smooth and even exciting. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, caring, and truly goes the extra mile, she is the one you want. Highly recommend!

Hailey Kim was amazing to work with - I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a realtor! I thought homeownership would never be a possibility in the near-term. Thanks to Nychole Fung, it was! Nychole with Iconic Real Estate helped me with searching 100s of houses and around 20 in person showings! Nychole, was so patient and passionate to make sure it was the right home for me! I loved how respectful she was with my quirky list of musts and deal breakers. In the closing process, Nychole made sure everything went smoothly. We had an amazing experience with Hailey and Iconic Real Estate. She made us feel like we were her only client. She was responsive, professional, FAST, and caring. She spent hours and hours with us going through homes, inspection reports, reviews, and advised us on builders to go with and builders to avoid. She was awesome and continues to help us and our friends with all things related to buying and owning a house. After closing she was still involved heavily with our set up and additional house ownership needs.
