Went in to get some info on buying my first home and in all of my experience with other home vendors this is by all the best ever. David Rocha took the time to explain and show me all the options available to me. I was comfortable and left happy with the help i got from David. Im hoping things continue great and I end up in my first home soon!

If I could give a zero rating, I would. My husband and I were both told that this would be a 3 to 4 month process and everything would be handled. It took about nine months to get everything done and when we did our walk-through, we were told that everything we listed on that walk-through would be finished that same day and that the rest they would come back to finish. The past three months after finally being told, we can move in electrical sockets were popping out of the walls. The trim looks very tacky done We still have been unable to reach anybody in regards to the window screens that we should have. We referred my brother-in-law and his wife never heard anything back about it. We have multiple numbers that we've tried to reach out to you and no one will get back to us. They use the wrong piping for the water which has given us shitty water pressure and because of a mishap from their electrician they had to completely replace the AC when really it was a bolt that was missing in the electrical box that could've started a fire. We pay over 2000 a month to have a house that is falling apart and no one seems to want to fix it or answer us back. This is by far one of the shittiest places you can go to. I do not recommend it.

Everyone was extremely friendly and customer service was amazing! The team went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and supported throughout the entire process. Homes are customizable, which is extra exciting! They truly work with you to accomplish your dream of a home. I appreciated how they listened to my preferences and offered valuable insights, making the experience not just enjoyable but also stress-free. Highly recommend Titan Factory for anyone looking to build their perfect home!

I only visited for questions about the entire process and if they could satisfy certain requests. And I was indeed satisfied with everything. I was speaking with the manager onsite, very knowledgeable and more importantly very respectful of my request. Never once tried to upsell, only presented the options I was asking for. P.S. I asked a ton of questions. If you're unsure if this route for a home is for you, they can definitely explain this process in a way that you can understand and be more confident in your choices.
