I had a great experience working with Camila Alcocer! I needed to find a new apartment because of an issue involving my dog, and a friend referred me to Camila. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. She asked about my preferences and what I was looking for, and really took care of everything — finding places, scheduling tours, making time to go on tours with me on Mother’s Day despite having other commitments, and asking great questions about things related to both me and my dog that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. I eventually found a solution for my dog and no longer needed to move, but I would definitely consider working with Camila again for any future move and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place.

We worked with Spencer Smyly and from the get go she was on top of it! She immediately got us set up for what we were looking for, gave us helpful advice about the market, and was always quick to respond. Her communication was top notch, she was very friendly, and easy to talk to! She was organized and quick to get us in for touring different properties on several dates. When we finally found the property we wanted to rent, she was on top of getting our information to landlords, giving us realistic advice on how to be the top candidate, and continued communication until the property manager updated everything and we got the place we wanted! We will definitely be working with her in our future and recommend her to anyone, especially first time home renters/buyers.

Camila Alcocer was extremely helpful in finding me a house to rent. After just a few messages telling her what I was looking for she was able to schedule a tour date that had contained the house I applied and got approved for on the first day of tours. She is very good at listening to what her clients need and making sure she does all she can to get you in there asap, definitely recommend Camila to anyone and everyone looking for a professional Realtor to help them out!!

Sara Cruz was an absolute delight to work with! As we transitioned from Oakland, California to Austin, Texas, she alleviated so much of our stress by meticulously selecting homes that aligned with our criteria. Her communication skills are exceptional, and she was always prompt in responding to our inquiries. Even after we secured our rental home, she continued to check in, knowing we were new to the area, and offering additional support. Moving can be incredibly challenging, but Sara made the process of finding a home seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Sara for your home search!
