Kelsey was so helpful in finding a new place for me to rent, and quickly too. She is knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, and I felt like she was really looking out for me when going through the listings and flagging things I missed. And on top of it all, she is so friendly and helped keep things light and less stressful. I've already recommended her to a colleague and my brother. 100% happy with working with Kelsey.

Kelsey Bates was the sweetest and most helpful realtor!! We were moving to Texas from out of town and she made the process easy and stress free. We found the best house for the three of us and we absolutely love it. She was very quick and responsive. She gave the best advice about different neighborhoods since we had no knowledge about the area. She even took me to a work our class once we arrived. Great experience and would definitely recommend!

If you read any of these reviews, you already know this.... but Kelsey is absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, kind, prompt and did absolutely everything in her power to help us find the best home possible. After touring a couple of properties and getting to know us, she actually took us to a new spot that wasn't on our radar yet — we've been there for almost six months now, and couldn't be happier! Since then, we've recommended Kelsey to three people who have all had similarly wonderful experiences.

Kelsey is amazing! Best realtor I have ever used. I found an ad for an apartment that my boyfriend and I liked. I emailed her about the apartment and she responded almost immediately. We jumped on a phone call and she gave me some other properties in our price range and in the area we were looking for! And the added bonus: Kelsey and I are neighbors. Talking to her felt like we’ve been best friends forever. She was the best. And I will refer her and use her myself for years to come. Thank you, Kelsey!
