My experience working with Philip was disappointing. Throughout the process, I felt there was an excessive need to control not only the transaction itself but also my financial decisions. Communication often felt more confrontational than collaborative, which made an already stressful process more difficult. At one point, I decided to end the working relationship, but after being encouraged to give things another chance, I agreed to continue. Unfortunately, after I thanked him and tried to move forward professionally, I received a lengthy personal message expressing anger about the situation and stating he no longer wanted any kind of friendship. Buying or selling a home requires professionalism, trust, and respectful communication. In my experience, those qualities were inconsistent throughout this process.

Faye is an absolute delight to work with! During the process of buying our first home, she was able to get us a great deal without us having to sacrifice any of the features we wanted in our future home. She treated us like family and made sure to speak up for us throughout the negotiation process. She was not pushy , and was extremely flexible with meeting times. The way that she conducts business is extremely graceful and we will forever be indebted to her because without her help, I don't think we would've been able to get our starter home! We love Faye and will consider/recommend her for any future realty needs!

Johnny asked Nathan Young help us find an investment property in San Antonio- and we're so glad he did. We purchased the property without having seen it in-person, so there's a lot of trust there.
