Sonia Hanchett and her husband Anthony were the best realtors I have ever used, yes over the years it has been many times. They took my property in the middle of no where, no water, all sand and managed to sell it for the asking price. Any situation that came up (which were A LOT), they tag teamed and worked it out, I was dealing with a lot of stress and each new stressor they helped me work through and let the stress go. They made it their mission to sell my property, they answered every phonecall, email and text, they made me a priority. 4 other realtors in the area couldn't even be bothered (it was too much work with not "enough returns") to help me get started. People will show you who they are if you pay attention, unfortunately with something as important as a good realtor you're stuck before you realize they suck. Words cannot adequately express our pleasure in dealing with Scott Michaels for our recent home purchase. He was professional, personable, patient, and certainly very experienced. I called the agent representing a certain property because I needed help with her tenant. She never called me back. This used to be the nicest property on our street. Now it is bringing down our property value.
