Carlos C. Kyle, TX I was a bit nervous when I started this. I had never gone through this process of selling a house using this particular method of an “All Cash House Buyers”. I started to research some of the “We buy all houses for cash” businesses, and there are a lot of them. I was reading reviews, and honestly, you just don’t know who to call. I was told to stay away from these “Cash house buyers”. As I was doing my research, I came across “Austin House Buyer,” and I read their website and reviews. I decided to reach out to them and make contact. Well, I can tell you that my experience with Robert Grunnah and his associate Justin Don Juan was amazing, as well as that of his other staff; they did a great job. Robert and Justin are professionals. Justin came to my house to evaluate it, and by the next day, Robert sent his offer. It was a fair offer, and we accepted. Yesterday, I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Robert Grunnah, at Austin House Buyers. He was a stranger to me. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his directness and his honesty. (I've owned/managed multiple properties in Texas for 40+years. ) He ultimately advised me on a course of action that would exclude his commissions! Who does that? My conclusion...an honest man who is generous with his vast knowledge of Austin real estate and who is pleased to spend 15 minutes on the phone with a complete stranger at $0 cost. What a guy! I've never met Robert, but I'm sure that he would be a delight to work with. I'll call him first next time.

They were very fast to give me a quote (same day) and the quote was very fair to me. He was really flexible and easy to work with. There were no hiccups or complications. It was quote, lease back for 30 days, closing, get my money and then move out. I had reached out to 3 different buyers but he was the only one who sent me a quote same day. No appraisals or excessive questions. Just strait business and honesty.
