My wife and I recently moved to South Arlington Estates 3 weeks ago. Andrew and Mirna, the management, are the best people anyone can have at this community! We have also met Jeff, the maintenance guy, and he is also amazing. The 3 of them would make a great team at any place. 2 weeks after we moved in they expanded our driveway and laid out new grass. They make sure things run smoothly, although we haven't had any trouble with any of the residents, but if there was any sort of trouble 100% positive they'll resolve it. They even gave me a fire extinguisher in case anything should happen. Also, a month before we were suppose to move in they waived our lot payment for the month until next month since the mobile home wasn't going to be there yet. The higher ups really helped us out but I'm sure they would help out others if I'm being honest. Thanks Andrew, Mirna, and Jeff!

Great property with great access to mansfield & arlington. Jeff the lead maintenance man is excellent. He will go out of his way to help both homeowners & renters alike.

Visited this property and they were very professional and the community was very nice! 😊 definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a new place to live!

Thank you soo much Mirna for showing us around the community.We appreciate that the houses and the community is very appealing and accommodative to people of all ages.This should even be the best to anyone wishing to own a home as soon as possible 👍

The manager and staff are so friendly and care for their community. Such a great location and property to be a part of!
