Eric and his team were amazing throughout our whole home-buying journey. Anytime I had a question or wanted to check out a house, he was on it. After a few weeks of searching, we found the perfect one. He handled the negotiations like a pro and even got all of our closing costs covered. After the inspection, he and his team were able to get us a brand-new roof included! He also has a trusted contact for anything you might need, so you never feel lost or stressed at any point in the process.
