Horrible place to live. The manager is very, very rude. She pretends that she cares about the tenants, but actually not at all. It took her more than a week to respond our request fixing our AC and heater. It's not something normal. They shut water off all the time because they have leaking problem. Since I moved in here, they shut the water for several times. Also, when I moved in, they don't really clean up this place properly. I found animal feces around the kitchen. It's very disgusting. Yes, this place is very, very cheap. You get what you pay for. I really don't recommended this place. Go somewhere else.

Buyer beware.. never move into these apts..many maintanence issues that they will not fix. Plumbing, electrical hazards galore no a/c or heat in most residents..very poor management..got out of my lease when I threatened to go to court
