Oakhaven has ended the month with an amazing Halloween get together! With this pandemic it has changed and made it difficult to celebrate the way we should! Monica the property manager assisted us with our application, everything was smooth and easy. Really nice and professional at her work no complain at all love my experience.

UPDATE: It's November 20, 2025... In January they are increasing the Lot Rent to $950.00 a month... If I could give them "0"Stars you bet I would... KARMA is real... What goes around comes around... Enough said... I live here... It's a mobile home park... When I moved my mobile home here in 2004 the lot rental was $235.00 month... Last year it was $600.00 months... In 2024 they increased it to $695.00 months... Besides that they sublet the water... Very seldom do they read the meter just randomly charge for 3000 gallons, 6000 gallons, 7000 gallons... Whatever they want and I have to fight with them to correct the bill... There is nothing stoping them from charging whatever that want... No legal action at all... The majority of the homes here are older and unable to be moved if you could afford to so they have everyone here trapped without any recourse... Just so you know and they know I know... O'well... Whatever... Never Mind...

Lately there have been NO manager on site. NOBODY answers or even returns phone calls from corporate office. It's like the property has been abandoned for SURE!! It hasn't been kept for a while ,maybe 1-2 years. It is VERY dirty. Utility bills along rent has doubled in the past year or so. It is BAD!!!

Came to visit my mother in law and received a fine of $50 for having my dog over. We came for a few days, my dog doesn’t live here. Never had this issue, don’t know why now we have to pay $50 just for having my dog over for ONE DAY. This is ridiculous!!!
