I would not use Irene Hammond for any real estate transactions. She was very rude and pushy and demanding on a rental property. It took an excessive amount of time to find out if we were a candidate. She told us we were the first choice of the landlord. We simply asked if we could have about four hours to make the decision to pay for the background check. It that took them six days to respond to us or our real estate agent. All we wanted was the four hours to view one other property. She was extremely rude on numerous occasions to not just us but our real estate agent. We did really like the property and decided to move forward with the application process. She claimed they had three other applicants. But the landlord picked ours as first choice. We then had to jump through all kinds of hoops. Because the system they use to do background checks was not working correctly. Now today we just find out that we have been denied because our income. Was not 3 times the rent. Which Our income is closer to 4 times the rent. I don’t know why they wasted our time and our money on Background check and application fees. The initial application stated our income, and there was no reason to move forward if they had done their due diligence and looked at our income that supposedly did not meet the criteria. I find it very interesting. That part of the income is due to me being on disability. And it truly makes me wonder if we’re being discriminated against because it’s disability income. Stay Far Far away from Irene Hammond and Ebby Halliday.

UPDATE- NO one did anything to help address my concerns. These agents and leadership are ONLY money hungry. They have zero compassion for any issues. The response I received to my complaints from multiple different employees was ''The property has been closed and funded. There are no other issues to address.'' ---------------------------------------------------------------- STAY AWAY from agent Doug East! He is unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. He represented the buyers that purchased my home. He voiced many if his 'assumptions' during the sales process that were just plain rude. Seemed to me like he was an uneducated and inexperienced realtor. I reached out to Stacey Buettner, his broker, to voice my concerns and she couldn't even take the time to respond to me!

Mary Ann is the quintessential professional. She is knowledgeable, works very hard, sees things in properties that you may miss, was very patient with us, and is generally just a wonderful person. This is the second home we've purchased with her help and she has become a part of our family. We could not be more grateful for her time and expertise.

Great agent, Mrs Karmen Mendoza, she is professional, has a great personality, a real go-getter, and she gets to know her clients. Job well done . We are looking for that house , that will be my forever home.
