I’ve been living in this condo for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The space is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like home from day one. The condo layout is practical and cozy, with everything I need easily accessible. My landlord has been professional, responsive, and attentive whenever any questions or maintenance needs arose, which makes living here worry-free. The community and location are also fantastic—quiet, safe, and convenient for daily errands. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had an excellent experience living here! The community is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. Candy Dion, the property manager, is absolutely amazing—she’s friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to help. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s been quick to respond and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and overall this has been a very comfortable and stress-free place to live. Highly recommend! Respectfully Sharon Jones

I currently live at Cedar Garden Townhome and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is great, especially being right across from AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field. Despite being so close to major venues, the community is generally quiet and comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is the office staff. Candy, the office manager, is always kind, helpful, and welcoming to residents, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. Like many places in the area, rent does adjust over time, and the property continues to evolve along with the neighborhood. During large events nearby, parking activity increases since the area becomes a popular spot for visitors, but on normal days the community atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live, especially if you like being close to entertainment and still having a calm place to come home to.

These are some very nice homes they are spacious! You will love it over here ! They 1 min away from the AT&T Stadium and also the water park ! They management are very good she stand on business ! The maintenance is great one call and they come fix whatever needs fix’s I been living here 6 years and me and my family love it they homes are very comfortable and very affordable! They also pet friendly if you have a fury animal! We also have a Walmart walking distance! And we also have a community pool it’s nice ! You will love it here make this your next home I totally recommend

Management really nice, courteous and attentive. Maintenance the same. Spacious units (updating needed) with skylights, lots of cabinets in kitchen and laundry, no carpet, medium size bathrooms with attached garage priced reasonable. Quiet. Great location. Traffic not as bad as you would think being so close to the stadiums and Texas Live. 3 year resident.
