Had a great experience with the team. The manager was very friendly and answered all my questions. The maintenance man was very friendly when I initially first arrived. They were both very welcoming.

We’ve been living here for a year now, and it’s truly been a blessing. The management team is excellent, and I especially want to recognize Minnie Martinez for her professionalism and support during our time here. She’s been incredibly helpful. Antonio, the maintenance man, does a great job—he’s always helpful and keeps the property very clean and well-maintained. The entire place is kept in great condition, and I often get compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the property looks. I’ve really enjoyed living at Arlington Lakeside on Division Street! The staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and always responsive whenever I’ve had a question or request. The property is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. I haven’t had any issues during my time here, and it’s clear that management takes pride in the community. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m happy to call this place home!

I enjoy living in the area, It’s clean and very peaceful! Community manager Minnie is always making sure my needs are met, she’s been very helpful. Tony has been so attentive and professional glad to have a maintenance on duty. Overall I hope to spend many more years here, definitely recommend!!
