I was very hesitant to reach out to this type of company. My expectations were that I was going to be dealing with disreputable individuals who were looking to take advantage, but my experience with Igor was anything but that. Igor was knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He presented me with multiple options that were available. Igor provided me with much needed information and was willing to listen. He offered a fair price and was open to compromise so that everyone was happy. At the end of the process a few unexpected difficulties arose and he quickly and efficiently handled everything. I was very happy with my dealings with him and highly recommend that you contact him prior to choosing another company.

This was my first time using a company like “We Buy Houses,” and I am very impressed with the overall selling process. Igor did a fantastic job explaining everything. He was patient in answering all of my questions, and at no point did I feel pressured to move forward with the sale. The price he offered for my parents’ house was fair. If I ever need house-selling services in the future, he will be the first person I call.

From the initial call, Igor did his absolute best to put me at ease, fully explaining the process of selling my parents' home. He is very knowledgeable and personable and was understanding of my family's attachment to the home as it contained all our childhood memories. He maintained a line of communication with me, answering any newly-discovered questions I had and was readily available as a conduit to the title company. I felt confident that I was entrusting the sale of my family home to a reputable company from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends who are considering selling their home quickly!
