Vee Gordon was an absolute pleasure to work with in person and long distance! My family and I are relocating from out of state and Vee helped make the process of finding a townhouse as smooth as possible. Vee was attentive to our needs, preferences and personal taste. She never tried to sell us on anything we did not want... an attribute of some brokers I really dislike. She was incredibly sweet and super knowledgeable about the local areas in which we searched. She even gave us a lengthy list of places to see, shop, dine etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable, diligent agent. We love our new home and look forward to getting to know our new community!

We cannot imagine going through the homebuying process as first-time homeowners without Rachel by our side. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. My husband and I saw so many homes on the journey to find the right fit and Rachel was there each step of the way helping us hone our wants and needs and guiding us to our perfect first home. When we faced (multiple) unexpected challenges in the process, Rachel was there to explain what to do next, what options we had, and to keep us focused on the end goal. What a wonderful experience from start to end! When we met Melissa LeGaspi, we had planned to rent our home. Then we decided to sell instead, based on some comps in the area. We had a lot to do to be ready for the spring market. Melissa helped every step of the way! She expertly advised on our listing strategy & provided contacts to professionals for small fix-it work, junk removal, staging, and photos. We had our home picture perfect ready for listing in one month, with OUTSTANDING RESULTS! In just 4 days we received 8 offers ABOVE LISTING, and closed 4 weeks later! Could not possibly recommend Philly Home Girls, and Vee Gordon, specifically any more! Vee was immediately responsive and communicative from the start, and was incredibly generous in sharing her local knowledge and time. Because we were looking for an apartment rental from another city, Vee was instrumental in helping with virtual tours on our behalf and sharing information and opportunities we otherwise would have missed out on. Her positive energy took us all the way to the end and we're so grateful for the rental we ended up with.

Caitlin Whittle was so amazing to work with — I can't recommend her enough! She was communicative, kind, professional, and truly on top of every detail throughout the entire process. I was really nervous about finding an apartment in Philly while living out of state and not being able to tour in person, but I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be my eyes and ears. She went above and beyond with updates, thoughtful feedback during tours, and so much helpful insight into the Philly rental market. She pointed out things I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about, which made me feel a lot more confident making decisions from out of state. One thing I especially appreciated was how well she got to know me/what I was actually looking for. I originally thought I wanted to live in Old City or Rittenhouse, but after talking more about my lifestyle, preferences, and what I wanted day-to-day, she helped guide me toward Fishtown instead, which ended up being a much better fit for me. She also shared a ton of local recommendations and insight that made me feel way more excited and confident about the move in general. What I loved most overall was that I never felt rushed or pressured to settle. She kept sending options and working with me until we found the right place, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit, even down to the specific block. I’d recommend Caitlin to anyone, but especially if you’re relocating from out of state. You’d be lucky to have her on your side!
