I HIGHLY recommend you reach out to Ray if you are in the market for financing or re-financing a new home. He is incredibly kind, genuine and also able to get GREAT rates. I just purchased a home which Ray helped finance. I was able to get a great rate from another lender, but Ray was able to match the rate. And since he knows Philly well, and is from my very neighborhood, I felt more comfortable with going with him. I'm very glad I did. He's honest and direct. We has only one slight issue with the process, and that was a very long delay in getting the appraisal back due to backups with so many people taking advantage of these amazing rates. Not Ray's fault at all, though he was very apologetic. Just shows the type of guy he is! Trust me, give Ray and Philly Homes a call!

Ray Tran is very helpful and professional, and his advices have made the property purchasing a pleasant and non-stressful experience for my husband and me. He is always available to answer calls, requests, and questions and continue to be a huge helping hand even after we had purchase the property after a long and intense process. His wide network provides us with contacts for repairs, cleaning, and other purchases to ease the process of getting the house move-in ready. Ray exceeds the expectation of a realtor and although the transaction is completed, Ray remains a great friend that would occasionally check up to make sure that we have everything we need and the house is still to our liking.
