Excellent experience from start to finish! Mike gave a great impression from the start and we knew we had the right guy for the job done. The experience actually exceeded our expectations. Mike and his team were super quick to list the property, considerate of our requests, did excellent negotiation for us , and got our place sold at a price that pleased us. All this with great communication throughout and from contract execution to closing in only 25 days (even with a buyer financing which usually takes long)! We highly recommend Mike and his team!

I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. I went to him because I needed someone I could trust to simply get the job done within a specific timeframe, and he absolutely delivered. From start to finish, Mike brought a level of responsiveness, drive, and professionalism that stood out. He was available and engaged even during holidays and personal vacation time, which was unexpected but deeply appreciated. It was clear throughout the process that he puts his clients first. Mike also has a strong team behind him. Everyone I interacted with was polite, responsive, and professional. His systems, standards, and expectations for both himself and his team showed up consistently throughout the process. One of the things I appreciated most was the strength of Mike’s relationships across the industry. He was able to bring in people and resources who typically work on much larger projects, yet they gave my smaller sale the same level of attention because of their respect for him and his relationships.
