Recently, the TCS Group, specifically Claudia Brown and John Bolaris marketed our Penthouse condo on Rittenhouse Square. Claudia spent quality time with us and our home showed beautifully thanks to her and she sold our home in less than 3 weeks.....she is amazing. John's video marketing was a big help in promotion. Claudia's professionalism is unmatched in the industry and I would highly, highly recommend her if you are looking for a highly skilled realtor.

Both experiences were seamless and exceeded expectations. Gaurav is consistently proactive, transparent, and results-driven. We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Alex Delcourt and the entire transaction team at TCS when we purchased our home in East Falls last month! From start to finish, Alex was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. His expertise in the East Falls market gave us total confidence every step of the way, and he was always available to answer questions and guide us through important decisions. A huge shoutout to Kit Carpina, the transaction coordinator, who kept everything organized and on track behind the scenes. Kit made sure every document, deadline, and detail was handled flawlessly. This experience of buying a new construction from these people has been a complete nightmare. It’s only been a month and a half since closing. We can’t even live in the home! The video is our current home.They had to come and tear up the whole bottom floor, which is our bedrooms and bathrooms. There is water coming up from both bedroom floors, water leaking from the window, the heat stopped working, the hot water heater stopped working, rigged sump pump, and there was a sewage smell in my unit. I expressed concerns prior to closing to my realtor and he assured me everything was fine. I have several text messages from him and the general contractor telling me there’s nothing wrong with my unit. The lies and deceit is unbelievable all which I have in writing. I trusted these people with all of the money from a prior home sale and they sold me a disaster. I have a daughter in college that I am fully responsible for and they were only concerned about the property sale, not me or my family. The realtor observed uncertified people installing a rigged sump pump and said nothing. He allowed the builder to make changes after inspection. He is friends with the builder and seller so his concern was them and not me as his client. I wouldn’t put this experience on my worst enemy. Everyday in this property is a new issue. About two weeks of me being in the property and I started to see what was going on, I attempted to jump on a Zoom with the owners of the real estate office, but they were too busy. The emotional and financial stress is unbearable. If the agent would have just taken the time to listen to my concerns, as opposed to telling me everything was fine; this wouldn’t be an issue right now. I didn’t want to close, but the lender threatened me with more fees if I didn’t. My realtor said/did nothing to protect me as a buyer. Update : The owner’s response below is not what was emailed to me. I was threatened with an attorney/CEASE and DESIST and was told the following: “will take all necessary steps to protect our reputation and business interests” After everything I’ve been through, don’t have a home to live in, the deceit from the realtor who works for their real estate group- their concern is themselves..Not me as a buyer or even as a human being.

I had an amazing experience with TCS. Christi did an amazing job helping me understand all the little and big details in purchasing my first home. She was transparent with me and kept me updated with everything I needed to know. I couldn't recommend them enough if your looking to purchase your next property.
