I bought my first home with the help of space and company and agent Carly Waitt and I only have the best of things to say! Carly is highly communicative and knowledgeable- and from what I experienced with their broker Brigit, their lender, and title team, they all seem to be. Carly made the experience of purchasing my home so streamlined and eased my anxieties along the way. Thank you Carly and Space and Co for helping me purchase my lovely home! Couldn’t have done it without their support.

As I shop for a brokerage to hang my license I cannot say enough about the warm welcome and vibrant community of Space and Company. The broker/owner goes out of her way to ensure your needs are heard met and exceed your expectations. I say this because I have had the opportunity to sit in on a weekly meeting or two. The dynamic between broker and agents is “familiar” comforting, like family. And the agents embrace each other, whether experienced or new. I think I may have made my decision. :)

You miss the point! This isn’t just about contracts. My daughter, a single mom with three kids, lost $10,000 of her deposit because the house listed by Space & Company had a registered sex offender living next door. She canceled only to protect her children. Owner/broker Brigit Bust and agent Gabriella Libertore had every opportunity to speak with their client and encourage the fair thing — to return the money. Instead, they chose to hide behind “neutrality” and let a young family be punished. Yes, Pennsylvania law may not force disclosure. But ethics, professionalism, and basic decency should have guided Brigit Bust and Gabriella Libertore to use their influence. A company that claims to “protect clients” while ignoring the safety of children is not neutral — it is complicit.

No Integrity, No Empathy – $10,000 Taken from a Single Mom My daughter, a single mom with three kids, put down a $15,000 deposit on a home listed by Space & Company. After signing, she discovered the immediate next-door neighbor was a registered sex offender and canceled to protect her children. Instead of doing the right thing, owner Dominic Salerno is keeping $10,000 of her deposit. Broker/owner Brigit Bust hides behind “neutrality,” taking no responsibility and showing zero professionalism. And agent Gabriella Libertore dismissed the situation with an uncaring, nasty attitude — refusing to acknowledge what this means for a mother trying to keep her kids safe. Where is the empathy? Where is the basic human decency? A family’s well-being should matter more than money. Space & Company had every chance to show integrity and chose profit over people. If you’re considering working with them, ask yourself: do you want to trust your family’s future to people who treat buyers this way?

I have had such a great experience at space and company! 10/10 would recommend if you're looking to buy or sell a property. Expert investors! :)
