I was faced with the difficult task of selling my mother's home after she moved to assisted living. A friend recommended Kristin McFeely and Phila Home Collective. Their advice and assistance in preparing and presenting the house were invaluable. After setting what I thought was an ambitious price, they showed they know their market and the house sold in 3 days! Further assistance with title, clean out and settlement made everything easier than I ever imagined. I was prepared for a long stressful time and Kristin made it sail along. I definitely would recommend her and the people behind her to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

I have had the BEST experience with Zoe. She has helped me for months through a process to find my home. And despite some set backs she has helped me and kept my head above water. She helps in areas I’m unfamiliar with, with small things I would never think of! She has made me feel safe, heard, and she is a person I trust. 10/10 I’ve worked with her for multiple years. I highly recommend!
