Our realtor at Elfant Wissahickon, James Sugg, helped us get the perfect house right off the bat in a tough market and made sure all of the headaches of repairs, etc. were taken care of. He is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and fun to work with, and if we ever had to buy or sell again in the Philly area (which, hopefully, we won't, because the house really is perfect!), we would absolutely use him & EW again. You're in good hands with James, can't recommend him enough!

Great experience, excellent communication, Cecile Steinriede and the Elefant Wissahickon team were very professional. They helped resolve some title issues, I was able to do all then paperwork remotedly and the whole process was smooth.
