Knowing we are at a distance, he helped us to sell our property at an amazing speed by simply using the private exclusive listing. Jeff helped us sell 2 homes in Philly. He and his team are highly experienced and consummate professionals who were responsive and supportive all thoughout the process. Jeff himself is extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic, as well as being very dedicated to his work, and gave us the best advice re: pricing, necessary repairs, staging, etc. There is no question too insignificant or problem too large for him. He helped us navigate skillfully a couple of “hiccups” that inadvertently happen in any sales process. We were pleased with the timing of the sale and the offers we received.
