Just closed today on our house. Carri was easy to work with, professional, and helped us sell our house in just a couple of weeks. She saved us a TON of money and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

Purchased the "Gold package," which included professional photography, but were told their photographer had quit. As a result, they refunded $75 and instructed me to find my own photographer. The cheapest photographer I could find was $300; then, they couldn't find any comps on my property, so basically, the market analyst is only included if they want to do the work. The sign I received was a cheap yard sign used for garage sales that didn't come with a frame or stakes. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the sign, I was told I could purchase the frame at Lowe's. Since my listing wasn't up yet, they did refund me my $499, which I appreciated. All of this could have been avoided if they had provided more detailed descriptions of what each service includes under the packages.

We had an appointment scheduled with Carri to view a home and she canceled at the time of our appointment because we had “not driven by the home prior to viewing”. We are very familiar with the area, which was expressed to her prior to the viewing. She was extremely rude and unprofessional to our agent. We would not recommend working with them.
