Great Plains National Bank did an excellent job. I thought the weekly calls updating us on progress and any obstacles we might encounter were extraordinary. Kim and Jonathan were excellent throughout the entire process. They communicated efficiently and answered every question we asked with ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking to finance on a new home!

Home buying can be stressful, but Kim and her team at Great Plains National Bank made my experience so much easier. She was great about explaining everything, and worked hard to ensure I got the best rate possible as well as guiding me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Kim Altier for your next loan and/or financial needs.

The BEST homebuying experience! Kim and her team remained in nearly daily contact and let me know exactly what I needed to provide and were available every time I had a question. They were patient, as well, as I am a new again homeowner and a lot has changed since I last was a homeowner. Weekly Tuesday check in's were definitely a plus just to ease any anxiety I may have had re: closing. I highly recommend Great Plains National Bank!

My clients were pre-approved through Kim. I hadn't had the opportunity to work with her yet so was looking forward to what was hopefully a smooth transaction. All I can say is WOW! She and her team not only met, but exceeded my expectations. (They are pretty high) They called weekly at the same time to provide updates and kept me informed throughout. I would highly recommend her!

Kim and her Team were Great!! The whole experience was wonderful, communication was terrific with all parties involved from buyers, sellers, title companies...everyone. I was kept up-to-date during the entire process and Kim and Jonathan are such a pleasure to work with...Excellent and would highly recommend!!
