My husband and I stopped in Friday to look at some homes we had seen online. CJ Meek was a delight to work with! We had a budget and size of a house we would like to stay within. We didn’t have any intention of actually applying that day but just getting an idea of what we might like. Cj took the time to show us the homes we had liked online as well as others with the amount of bedrooms we were wanting. He even showed me one of them twice to confirm that was the one we wanted. He was patient, transparent and not pushy like typical salesmen are. We explained our financial situation and goals and he listened and gave advice. He never once tried to show us any homes outside of our budget. After talking with barndominium builders who listened to our budget then came out 50,0000 above what we wanted and then promised financing that didn’t come thru, we were a little skeptical to talk to more salespeople. But Cj with solitaire home was nothing like “the other guys.” As a result, we submitted our application and earnest Monday the same day! We highly recommend Cj with solitaire homes of Tulsa!

I worked with CJ Meek at Solitaire Homes in Tulsa, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. CJ was extremely professional, friendly, and patient — he took the time to show me multiple homes (more than once!) and always made sure I had all the information I needed. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory and helped me explore different options and features that matched what I was looking for. He even offered to help us with selling our current home, which really showed how dedicated he is to helping his clients every step of the way. Although we ultimately decided not to purchase a home at this time (for reasons unrelated to Solitaire or CJ), I had an excellent experience throughout the process. I would highly recommend CJ and the team at Solitaire Homes to anyone in the market for a new home!

Everyone at the Tulsa location was great! Carrie was very informative on how Solitaire homes are built. However, once our home was delivered in November it sat for months. We’ve waited 3 months for flooring for the seam and door knobs so that the trim out would be complete. The trim out guys left a lot of their things behind bc the plan was to return within 2 weeks. It’s now been months. Our screen sliding door is starting to warp bc it’s been sitting against a wall in the dining room, several paint touch ups needed, they left paint and texture all over our floors, some we’ve been able to clean up, other areas not as much. The dining room is full of trim out guys things, We’ve had several shingles come off the roof, the kitchen sink leaks. We’ve spoke with managers and the factory weekly and every week it’s the same “if you don’t hear from them by midweek call us back” there’s absolutely no reason for this to take months, not to mention shingles coming off our brand new home that could lead to other lasting issues. None of this seems to be a major concern to anyone, aside from us.

If your shopping for a prefabricated home this is the place to go! Our sails person Amee was fantastic. We have 4 kids and one of our girls didnt have a heavy coat on as our house burned down and we were limited on clothes. Amee gave our 3 year old girl her coat and our baby said "I'm not going to be cold now". It melted our hearts and we proceed to look at the homes. A gentleman that has been living in a Solitare home for 25 years was shopping with his kids to find their floor plan and trim they like and told us about all the amazing features of a Solitare home. Go check them our and ask for Amee!!! (She might have some toys and snacks for the kids too)

Our home was delivered and not put where it was supposed to be. Solitair does not care and are refusing to make it right. They are the ones that hired the crew to bring my home and set it up, so it is there responsibility to fix the problem. This is my home, I have to live with where it’s at for the rest of my life! Allso they told me 5 different times that I do not have to be there because they kept telling me it’s on the way, when it wasn’t. So when it was actually on the way I was already at work, but they said “you do not have to be there”
