My wife and I couldn't be happier with our Lifeway Homes experience! We first connected with them back in 2020 when we were exploring options, and even though the timing wasn't right for us then, they took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. When we returned in 2025, we had the pleasure of working with Tyler, who absolutely went above and beyond. He didn't just help us find a home he listened to what we needed and found us a model that fit our family even better than what we originally had in mind. His customer service was outstanding, and I could always reach him when I needed guidance or had questions. Once we purchased our land and home, Rusty became our main point of contact throughout the construction process. He did an exceptional job keeping everything on track and ensuring every detail was handled with care. The level of support we received from start to finish made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. We're now in our dream home, and honestly, I wish we hadn't waited so long! Josh was fantastic! Even though we kept him later than expected, he remained patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Chelsi is the best!! I would highly recommend her. We went through a lot of unforeseen circumstances getting our home sold and the new one purchased but Chelsi was right there by us being a support system and help to guide us through picking our forever home. We love Chelsi and Lifeway homes. They are genuinely there for you and care about your happiness. We have now closed on our home and in a month or two I will repost with the final outcomes. We couldn’t be more happy!!!
