Great experience. We had the pleasure of doing business with Ken Kennedy. We had never made a purchase of this kind before. Ken took us through the whole buying process and then again the additional process of delivering. Freedom Homes did everything- took care of all utilities to be installed and set up. Big bonus that this was mid 2020 ( the dreaded year of Covid ) and we were out of state. We flew into town to choose our model and never saw it again untill we arrive in Oklahoma to move in. I can not say enough good things about the incredible service that Freedom homes and Ken Kennedy offered. We have been in this home for 5 years, never having an issue. Thank You Freedom homes and big a thank you to Ken Kenned. - we purchased a Drake model by Clayton homes

I wasn't going to post this cause I don't like to be rude. After talking to others I agree that if only happy people review then it will not be accurate. I was lied to about the quality, longevity, and resale value of this home. They said they would have a cleaner come after it was set and that never happened. The movers broke the metal frame. If a cars from gets bent it is totaled. This "home" has a vin so... The ac broke the first time they turned the power on. After it was "fixed" they took my smart thermostat off and put a cheap one on. Im on thermostat number 3 and it is a used temporary one until another guy come back to put the smart one in. The heater has been worked on 3 times now and still not working correctly. The trim is falling off everywhere. The flooring is tearing and bubbling. The last guy to come out to "fix" the trim left nail holes everywhere. No putty to fill the holes and no paint to cover them. The list goes ON AND ON but I think you get it. Don't let them tell you this is a good investment. I want this thing gone but I can't even get 30% of what I paid for it back. I haven't been in this 6 months. I wish they would come take it and refund me my hard earned money i spent. My experience has been poor to say the least.

For someone that has never purchased a house and is starting to look for a good place that best fits me and my girlfriend, freedom homes might just be where I have to go. I 100% would recommend checking them out. Make sure you ask for Brayton. He helped tremendously and made everything smooth for me.

Absolutely regret purchasing our home with them. They make it seem as if they are “ the caring company” and that has been far from our experience. I have typed out a whole response with our experience from the beginning to now- but at this point I have zero energy to put into this company anymore. We have been lied to, numerous people have dropped the ball with communication and correct information given to each other and us as the homeowners. I highly do not recommend purchasing from them. Every person I have dealt with has been completely unprofessional in some way.

Our family is in the beginning stages of looking at houses to put on our land and it was a no brainer to choose Freedom Homes for that because our friends recommended them. From the moment we initiated contact with Brayton, it has been a phenomenal experience so far. Brayton is kind, so knowledgeable, and truly a joy to work with. We look forward to continuing this journey with him and Freedom Homes as we move forward to getting forever home on the land we love that will fit our families every need! Brayton listened to our request and has so far done a fastastic job at find the perfect home for our family!
