Paola was hands down the best rep I dealt with during this whole process. I went to every dealer on the strip and from the moment i walked in she made me feel welcomed and important. She sat down and actually listened to my needs! Now, my family and I have the home that we deserve!! 10/10 recommend Paola!

First let me say that I bought a repo. There are several different departments involved when buying a repo. A lot of passing the blame and communication issues because of that. Buying new could be a different experience. I signed all the paperwork and handed Titan a check on December 28, 2025. They didn't deliver my home until February 6, 2026. And I wasn't able to finally move into my home until the middle of March 2026. The delay had nothing to do with the weather. During all of that time there was no one reaching out to communicate anything. I was always the one having to make the effort to find out what was going on and why was this or that taking so long. Transport should have been put into motion the day I signed the papers. But it didn't happen until the day they laid the pad down 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later wasn't the problem. It was the fact that I was the one that had to reach out to Kerri to find out when transport would happen. Transport was delayed because several people dropped the ball. After my home was delivered water lines were supposed to be ran. Electric hooked up. Waiting. Electric didn't pass inspection because the wrong wiring was put in. Waiting. Electric passed. Waiting for electric company (not Titans fault) Electric is on but water wouldn't come on. Waiting. They sent a guy out and he couldn't find any of the water lines they were supposed to have dug to the well house. Comes back the next day and put em in. Water comes on but starts pouring out behind the fridge and under the house. Also hoses under bathroom sink and behind a toilet leaking quite a bit. It's a repo. I knew I bought a repo so there might be little things. No big deal because I know the trim out guy was gonna fix it. Now I'm waiting for the trim out guy. The only trim out guy they have by the way. He had many homes he was backed up working on but he finally got to me. There are 2 other mobile home factories right down the street from Titan. I wished I would have chosen one of them. She gave good information but didn’t even offer to show us a home. Felt like it was all about making sure I had money. I won’t recommend. I will say my credit isn’t where it should be, but I definitely deserve to be treated same as someone with money up front!

We recently purchased a home from Titan factory direct. We could not be happier with the entire experience. Ron Garcia is the best! Give this guy a raise already! I would recommend them to anybody. The process was easy and they build a quality home.
