Kim is the absolute best! Kim and her closing coordinator, Jennifer are absolutely amazing ladies. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are very responsive to questions or concerns and explain things thoroughly. They handle every situation, good or not-so-good, with grace, kindness and understanding, guiding their clients throughout the entire process. We have used them three times over the last several years and wouldn't consider using anyone else. My husband and I highly recommend Stellar Realty and Kim Llewellyn!

I always felt supported, never pressured, and completely at ease knowing she was advocating for me! I had an excellent experience working with Lindsey throughout the entire home-buying process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and confident from the very beginning, which made such a big difference, especially as a first-time buyer. She took the time to truly understand my needs and was compassionate and patient every step of the way. What stood out most was how much she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed with every decision. She handled every detail professionally and stayed on top of everything from start to finish. She also worked diligently with the other agent to make sure repairs were addressed properly, which gave me so much peace of mind. 5 Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. We can’t say enough great things about Lindsey! From day one, she made the whole process of selling our home so easy and stress-free (especially since we were living out of state). Lindsey knew exactly what to do to get our house looking its best—helping with staging, meeting with inspectors and contractors, giving us great advice, and ultimately getting it sold fast. What we loved most was how she kept us in the loop every step of the way. We always knew what was going on, and no question was too small. Whether it was answering texts at weird hours or offering smart advice, Lindsey was always there for us. Thanks to all of her hard work, we sold our home super quickly and for more than we expected! Best in the Business. A caring soul, she and her team member Jennifer work night and day to ensure you get the best value and fit for home purchasing. Her many years of experience shine through in every interaction, particularly in her wealth of contacts she's accumulated over the years (inspectors, pest control, loan offices, etc). She gives you all the tools to ensure you are in control of your own money. She advises but does not force anything out of you. Truly no team better than Stellar
