Our family decided to take the steps to relocate to family land near Cushing Oklahoma. To live surrounded by trees and water has been a dream of ours for a while. We currently live in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the metro, and wanted to make sure our next home didn't feel like a downgrade. As we started evaluating the different options for our forever home, we looked at building, a modular home, and just out of curiosity we looked into manufactured homes. This took us to Solitaire in Oklahoma City. We were taken aback by the quality of the selection at Solitaire. The homes are solid, with textured walls and charming finishes. Working with Kevin has been awesome. He is quick to respond and helped us find the perfect home for our family. He answered our questions and has made the process easy and straightforward. We will be closing soon and anticipate being in our new home just in time to enjoy an Oklahoma summer in the country. If you are on the fence about looking at manufactured homes, know they are not all created equally. 100% Kevin was definitely not our dude. If I learned anything I will definitely be recording my conversations as soon as I walk through the door. We were told one thing and then got shot to do something else. Then closing paperwork set on people's desk for longer than 8 to 7 days at a time. I actually had to call the country mortgage place to find out when they sent them back to them. 100% believe the Lord showed us this is not the way to go.

Kevin Went above and beyond for us during this process. Words cannot express our gratitude. The time we spent worrying and stressing Kevin was working vigorously, a simple thank you just doesn't do it justice but it's all we have.
