After renting our home for almost 7 years, our landlord’s family decided to sell the house when they inherited it. We were given a couple of weeks to find a place and get moved. We found an amazing, beautifully remodeled home on Zillow, and Kristi had us approved right away! Kristi and Ken were so kind, and they sent maintenance over immediately after I put in a call. So far we are incredibly pleased! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice home with a great company. 💗

Tries to milk you for every penny and is very rude when talking to the lady that works the desk. She will also message in the late hours of the night just to get her point across. Never came to the house to fix the issues and blames us foe the issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will also make you pay more for a home that isn't even worth it.

I live in a nice quiet neighborhood. This company bought the house next door. The renter did not mow the lawn once. I mowed it for her but that was a mistake. I could not mow my lawn without them asking me to do theirs and they copped an attitude when I told them no. They trashed the house and the rental company only intervened when they weren’t paid and evicted the tenant. The police were at the house on two occasions. They had a large dog that was always out but really sweet. I took the dog back several times. In the middle of the night the renter took the dog to the Homeland parking lot and just set it free. This is the kind of neighbor you get when this company buys the house next to yours. They don’t care as long ad they get paid. They have no responsibility to you or your neighbors. They boast, “No background check “ “ If the banks say no, they say yes “. The renter also started a fight with another neighbor and was arrested. This was my first experience. This was all in about 5 months. The house is for rent again and if I have another experience like this, I will explore all my options.

I have rented from here for 5 years. Kristy and her Dad have been so understanding and helped my family thru some rough times while my husband was sick. This Feb he lost his fight with sickle cell and I came in crying of course. I had to give up our house... I couldn't stay there and live without my husband. Again she was so understanding and let me mourn before cleaning out the house. Then in Nov I came back and I am now renting another house for my little boys and I. We are all moved in and so blessed to be renting from them again.

Just rented a nice 2 bedroom house from them. Very polite and helpful staff. There was an issue with the central heat. They had Patrick ( Heat & air guy) out the next day to fix the issue. Great customer service.
