I went there solely to look and to ask about monthly payments. Due to credit score , I was approved for all things on their lot. Credit will not pay the payments , so I wanted to stay around 1400. Found a home that I liked.. didn't love but I really liked. Price was advertised as 130,000 . Get to near end and sign and it was 176,000. Um... no thanks .
