I'd had a good experience with Keller Williams in Colorado, so I felt comfortable with using them again. This review, however, is about the realtor I was so lucky to meet. It has been just over a month since I closed on my house, and Phillip Kitchen was my realtor through the entire experience. It began when I came to Oklahoma to find a realtor, and I admit to being a little disappointed that we didn't begin searching that very day! I had a contract on my Colorado home! I needed to find a house! But Phillip had a plan and a method and, in hindsight, he was right. Upon returning to CO, Phillip began sending listings via e-mail, and my "homework" was to go through each one and let him know my likes and dislikes of each and every one. Each batch reflected a little more of what I was looking for and when I returned to OK to actually look at houses, the homework was worth the effort. Phillip is honest, patient and diligent. He told me at our first meeting that his role as a realtor is to advise and guide and that he isn't pushy. Well. There were situations when he had to be pushy on my behalf, and it paid off. I had requirements about my future house that had to be met, and Phillip listened. A great realtor teaches, but also juggles time, physical distance and, sometimes, some intense emotions. Every client has hopes and fears, and Phillip handled it all with kindness and a well-timed sense of humor. I now have a house that puts me closer to my family and will soon be what I want it to be.

Love the people and the culture! I feel welcomed every time I go into the office and the KW score program has also been very helpful as a new agent!

I bought a home through Keller Williams Elite. I was supposed to get receipts for all work done to my property prior to moving in. I received none. I now have damage to my property due to faulty work done. I have asked multiple time for receipts from my agent Ruthie Glenn all I have gotten is a run around. I bought my house in April 2024 almost two years ago. I would like it resolved. The damage has caused mold to which my wife and children are allergic. I have told my agent multiple times I need receipts and need these things repaired. Now the same realtor sold a friend of mine a house and now he is also having multiple issues. I would like a response from management. This isn't right that my family is in harms way due to shady practices done by the agent and contractors.

I just purchased my first home! Jessica Milford did everything she could to help me and to make the process easy for me. People close to me kept telling me how much trouble house buying is, but Jessica proved them all wrong, KR even helped with dealing with the bank, title place, etc. She so friendly, helpful, but most importantly honest throughout the entire process. Above and beyond cant even describe the level of service i received, even though she was my direct contact she made me feel like I had an entire team on my side helping! I have to give the sellers realtor credit as well, i cant remember her name but she helped us out as well! I cant recommend Jessica and KR enough to everyone!

Had Ben as our realtor and after notifying him of houses we were interested in it took him more than a couple days to hear a response. This happened on more than one occasion. And by that time they were already under contract. Decided to go with a different realtor who was faster and better at communication and he decided to take it personal and say that I wasn’t loyal to my fellow marines when all I want to do is put my family in a home. He proceeded to draw out the process on releasing us from our buyer/broker agreement and made the entire process emotionally draining and a waste of time.
