Jeremiah was wonderful and so patient and kind to my elderly mom. He was great with her! The tiny home sold itself but having an easy going sales person made the experience easier than buying a car!

Heritage Housing of Oklahoma City is a professional and cost effective housing. The staff are professional sales and service team. The quality of these homes are very well built and they have many floor plans. Steve Castell was my sales manager and he is very detailed oriented. I met many of the staff and they will go the extra mile for you and your needs. The reason I choose Heritage Housing is because my neighbor had purchased a tiny home from them. And, this summer of 2024 her electric bill averaged only $68.00 a month and our provider for electricity is OG&E. These homes are so well built it is remarkable. They all lie, sell homes that fall apart in 6 months or less. They push everything to the manufacturer and the manufacturer will just have you chasing your tail. Do yourself a favor and run fast and far.

Steve was extremely helpful to me while trying to make up my mind on which tiny home to go with. Not pushy, but very knowledgeable about each homes assets.
