Central City Solutions was great to work with when I sold my rental property condo that I had owned for almost 20 years. Outstanding! I highly recommend Central City Solutions for their professionalism, communication, efficiency, and, most of all, their kindness. While navigating a challenging new experience; managing my ailing father’s finances and the sale of his house, I reached out to CCS after noticing their excellent BBB rating. Although I received other offers, CCS stood out for their expertise, especially in handling my situation as a Power of Attorney with a squatter in the property. They made the entire process far easier and faster than I expected, and they purchased the house for more than what a realtor had suggested, while also charging significantly lower fees. I am 100% satisfied with my experience in selling to Cental City Solutions!

They kept us informed of each step in the process and offered a fair price for the house. Also, even though I had already chosen to work with them, one of our lawyers recommended them to us.
