During both experiences, Brooks provided an extremely sophisticated knowledge of the local market, was never pushy, and advised with a level head. Brooks can be trusted to get you through either a Buyer or Seller process with comfort and ease. Also note that Brooks successfully sold our home both during winter and during a very slow real estate market with limited days on the market. He uses his connections, social media, and the resources of his team to quickly and successfully get it done. Bottom line.

Above and Beyond. I'm a huge fan of Brooks. He was introduced to use through mutual friends, and he lived up to their very high words of praise. Brooks was patient, competent, and reassuring through our house buying process. He has continued to be a source of quality information and help even after closing. He is also a source of great gifs. Third time purchasing a home with him and second time selling. Each time I’ve managed to get more than expected on the sale and a better home than I thought I could afford. Helped navigate situations that could have ended the deal. Advocated and helpful even after the sale was over. He genuinely tries to set up you for success because he doesn’t want to make a quick buck. He wants to develop relationships. Also not afraid to be honest. When that much money is involved you want someone with this level of integrity, intelligence and knowledge.

Brooks Anderson with Cutler is AMAZINGLY great at what he does. He is very attentive to the needs of his clients throughout the home buying process. Brooks and his team made everything so easy for us and was there for us every step of the way. He was highly recommended by my sister because of how well he handled her last two property sales and purchases and I’m so glad I listened.
