New City Homes has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, Lucy and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They’re professional, kind, and truly care about their residents something that’s rare to find these days. Communication is always fast and respectful, and they’re always willing to work with you and help however they can. I really appreciate their patience and understanding, especially with my busy schedule. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows through the quality of their service and how they treat people. I’d definitely recommend New City Homes to anyone looking for a place to live where the management actually cares. Five stars all the way!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I’ve had a great experience with New City Homes! One of the things that truly sets them apart is their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. They handled an issue that I was concerned about quickly and professionally. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly, and the work was completed to a high standard. It’s clear that they take pride in their homes and genuinely care about their clientele. I’m very happy with the excellent customer support I’ve received.

Super great company, Jordan was an amazing guy to work with hired us as a fence contractor to complete a project and couldn’t have asked for more appreciative and accommodating client.

I toured this property and had a very confusing and unprofessional experience. When I asked Robert if he was part of property management, he couldn’t answer clearly lol. The leasing agent Robert was unsure about basic information like utilities, unit numbers, How long units hold for tenants, and maintenance responsibilities. I kept asking him until he gave me answer.Then he finally said tenants are responsible for maintenance, including major repairs, which could cause serious problems in the future. The tour felt rushed,The building is very old, and while the units look renovated, there are clear signs of poor maintenance: strong smoke smell, dirty refrigerator, walls patched over, awkward bathroom layouts, and appliances not cleaned properly. Overall, I do not recommend renting here as management seems disorganized and unclear, and tenants could face unexpected issues or expenses.

I truly love New city homes. They are a great housing source to go through. Their apartments are newly renovated and nice inside and their prices is really good and Lucy at the office is such a sweetheart and she’ll help out with anything she can I think this is a really great place to apply and they have multiple different locations.
