It was a very simple process. Less than 30 minutes for Cole to do the walk-through and give me an offer. I scheduled the closing when I wanted (in my case it was 2 months out). I was able to leave things I didn’t want to move. The closing was quick and simple. The check was FedEx to me the next day. That was the whole process, no showings, no headaches. Highly recommend it.

Tommy made selling my mother in laws home seamless ! We had a very complex situation with a family member refusing to move out of my mother in law’s second home and had no idea what the conditions were inside because we weren’t allowed in to view it. Tommy offered us a very fair price and took care of the eviction of the family member that refused to move. He had papers drawn up and she signed within a week. Super helpful and very seamless. Zero work on our part.
