Recently, life changed and I needed to relocate out of state. Once again, I hired Lee Ritchie and her team; this time to sell my property. She used her extensive expertise in the local market to help us appropriately price the home for sale. She has a keen eye for design and effortlessly arranged our furnishings to stage our home. Her promotion of the property was extensive, wide reaching and utilized cutting edge home marketing techniques including AI. With Lee and her team, the details of the home selling process were handled meticulously. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Lee Ritchie to both home buyers and sellers.

She seemed to be the most knowledgeable and professional person we talked to. She didn't let us down. Listed the house in a timely manner. We had several showings the first day, along with several offers. Lee negotiated a deal that brought us nearly $25,000 over asking price.
