Brittney at Heels Homes and the closing team made our home sale an easy process. It was to sell before the unexpected death of a family member. But they waited until the probate process was able to sell, at the price on the previous contract. Closing was easy even with the two new sellers being in different city's. Thank you very much.

What sparked my interest was their company has a commercial that airs on television. They seem legit by indicating they will buy any home in any condition but in actually they have an area that they don't buy houses. I feel that's their right but false advertising and discriminating in a certain area is not right. They give you false hope because they already have the address that was submitted on their website. They call to get more information and then have you waiting on a call back just to tell you they aren't buying in that area. Really? I was disappointed because in this day and age companies need to be more transparent. What's wrong with honest upfront? Maybe you guys can take this under consideration and use this as corrective criticism.

Great experience in a Tough Situation I had the good fortune to choose Heels Homes while selling my family home, as a result of a critical health situation. All representatives I dealt with were courteous, helpful and extremely well informed, guiding my family through the process with care and great communication and attention to detail. Even after I left the home, they continued to guide the process to conclusion. I am grateful for their help in a very difficult time and would heartily recommend them if you have need for the services they provide.
