I'm happy to see that some people have recently had good experiences with this company. My experience was awful. I almost lost my new house deal over Legacy Home Buyers. They agreed to purchase my home and even after an extension of the contract they were not able to buy my home. I ended up scrambling to sell my home to ensure I could close my new house deal. I lost a lot of time and money being in contract with Legacy Home Buyers. Make sure they actually have the money to buy your home before committing to contracts with this company.

Excellent Excellent excellent this guy William was the best very trustworthy and Honest .. I wish I would of heard about them before I sold my moms house it would of went much smoother.. 10 stars

Absolutely legitimate and professional home buyers. Services were transparent, accurate and informed. Communication was excellent!!! I would definitely utilize their services again.

It was a pleasure meeting and working with Legacy Homebuyers! I met with Ryan who made the process very easy and quickly for me. He inspected my property and got back to me within 24 hours with a proposal that I couldn’t refuse. We closed within 30 days and the title company was also amazing to work with. The entire communication process was top tier. I never had to call to confirm a thing. I would definitely recommend Legacy Homebuyers to anyone looking to sell your property whether it’s due to loss of family, foreclosure, etc. They really surpassed my expectations! Ty again guys!

Not professional. Two days in one week I had an appointment for someone to look at my house and BOTH times noone showed up or called. I now have another company coming to look at it
