Matt and Joe at CHB are the real deal. They gave a very fair offer onsite at our first meeting. Matt explained the entire process to us, including the updating that would be done after the close. It all made sense and he promised a seamless process. It was absolutely everything he said it would be. Very easy process!! No hidden fees or obstacles. No BS!! These guys are great. I can’t say enough. We did have 2 other cash for home companies come out - they wanted to haggle back and forth and had a lot of hoops to jump through. We are so glad that we selected Cleveland House Buyers to handle our family home sale. And-they clean out the home of any remaining unwanted items!!! How much easier could it be? Joe made us a reasonable offer, we accepted and end of story! We had plenty of time to get moved. I can honestly say THANK YOU JOE! We genuinely appreciate how painless you made selling.

Cleveland House Buyers... where to begin. First Matt & Joe are men of their word, full stop! These gentlemen are no nonsense, kind, honest & do what they say they're going to do. That's pretty rare in this day & age, if you ask me! It certainly doesn't hurt these guys are local as well. We were in a bad way with our home. We'd been there 25 years. The home needed a complete overhaul & we owed MANY thousands in back taxes. We were frankly desperate & had little reason to hope for a way out for our family. Matt came in & took a good look at what we had, was quick to accurately break down where all the costs were going to be & what he thought he could do for us. From that initial meeting & the statements he made, he never waivered & the very fair offer made was accepted. Let me tell you Matt knows his stuff & knows his business well! We've not had an easy go of it & aren't trusting by nature because of it. We asked Matt & team to modify the purchase agreement to suit our needs, they didn't hesitate for a moment making the changes we requested & that was on their dime if you can believe it. We basically made the deal more difficult on ourselves, but Matt & team just made it happen. We're walking away from a home we raised our children in, so there's a lot of attachment & we know it's in great hands for the next family. If you're in trouble or if you've got what you might call an abnormal situation, don't waste your time with others or out of towners or folks that will bring a book for you to sign with contingencies & worse. If you're not in trouble & just want to work with fair people, here again you can't go wrong with Cleveland House Buyers! We'd have ZERO issues sending our friends & family to seek help with this outstanding team. I can tell you we trust & are so grateful for the team at Cleveland House Buyers!!!
