Joe Misconin was excellent at explaining everything to me as far as the loan process went while buying my house. Upfront, honest, and patient. Taking the time to understand my needs and definitely helped me get the best rate possible. I know because I checked with 3 other lenders and none of them could even get anywhere near what Joe got for me or were willing to even try. Thanks Joe 😁
