Michael was wonderful to do business with from start to finish, and even after we turned over the keys. He's polite, patient, responsible, honest, kind, efficient, and he communicates well. He gave me a firm cash offer on my house at our first meeting, and that exact amount is what I received. He was even able to accommodate my desired closing date of 12 days after I signed his contract! He and his renovation crew were very kind and respectful to my elderly neighbor in all of their interactions. She's also very pleased with the tenant Michael chose to rent my former house. Some people will treat you well until they have what they need from you, but Michael has remained kind and quick to respond long after I moved out and gave him the keys. He even reached out and invited my son and me to tour the house when their renovations were finished. It was nice to see my former house getting the updates that I wasn't able to do for it. I'm so very glad I gave Michael a chance and invited him to make me an offer. I highly, highly recommend doing business with him.
